Topeka-area homes for sale drop to $170,000 median price

A regular Shawnee County property listed for $170,000 in April, down 12.3% from a month previously, an investigation of knowledge from Realtor.com shows.

The median listing property price tag in April was up about 6.3% from April 2021. Shawnee County’s median dwelling was 1,716 sq. toes for a stated selling price of $101 for every square foot.

The Shawnee County industry was hectic, with a median 25 days on market place. A thirty day period before, homes had a median 15 days on current market.

The sector included 148 new property listings in April, compared with the 156 additional in April 2021. The market ended the month with some 115 listings of households for sale.
