Teen charged in non-fatal shooting of younger brother with Uzi-style gun

DETROIT – A 14-12 months-aged Detroit boy is facing rates in the non-fatal shooting of his 12-12 months-previous brother with an Uzi-type submachine gun, authorities claimed.
